Forsythia is Out! So is Laundry.

It has been a while coming but
the forsythia is popping into bloom

With no errands to run

and the sky clear of black, threatening clouds,

I finally hung out the first load of laundry
this Spring.  :)

      Isn't it lovely, Shelley?! This home belonged to my grandparents for about 25 years. They sold that side of the road and put a trailer on this side of the road. Our house is next to their lot. Our lot, my fathers' lot and my aunt's lot are all that are still in the family. In my dreams I own the old place, but it's really owned by a very nice couple with three great kids - who are getting so OLD! :)

    Nothing as wonderful as laundry drying on the line, in the breeze, taking in the scents of sunshine, fresh air, and floral.
