Grandma stitched the felt leaves onto the burlap runners. The bride wrapped bottles in yarn. There were three to a table. She used pint sized canning jars for tealight holders. |
I wish I had taken more pictures.
It was casual but pretty
and there was a whole lot of fun going on.
My last post
was made from
pictures taken at
the "photo booth"
for this party.
What neat decorations. I love the idea of wrapping bottles with yarn. I think I will try that. I like the table runners too. Thanks for sharing...and congrats to the new couple...blessings
ReplyDeleteI liked that, too, Shelly. She had cut hearts out of the edges of paper and stapled the paper to Dixie cups which she used over white twinkle lights, too. There were shocks of corn and pumpkins at the corner posts of the tent. We are praying for their lives to line up with Jesus' best for them. They seem very happy after a year of marriage.
DeleteWhat an excellent /sweet idea. I have seen lots of Christmas weddings. But never a fall one .. Loved the his/hers pumpkins.. Such fantastic ideas.. would loved to have seen everything. I love FALL!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
I love Fall, too, SBM. I wanted to get married in September or October but ended up at the end of January. Ours was a very small wedding in my parents' house with minimal decor. :)
